Can't escape

"No, it can't be!
Every time I close my eyes, there it is... in the deepest part of my mind.
No matter how far I run...
I can't escape from it!"

Some years ago I wrote a fan-fic (based on the world od The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask and Ocarina of Time)  that tells the story of a 8 years old child that turned in the holder of an evil and powerful entity by putting on an ancient wooden mask.

Since then, every night, while the full moon was shining, that demon seized his frail body to wreak its rage on the first thing in front of it. Fearing to cause a truly tragedy by hurting his family, he takes the difficult decision to escape far away the next morning.

Now it seems curious to me the choosing of the Fierce Deity as the antagonist of that fan-fic. But I guess it was because of its intimidating appearance.

Hace unos años escribí un fan-fic (basado en el mundo de La Leyenda de Zelda: Majora's Mask y Ocarina of Time) que relataba la historia de un niño de 8 años que se convirtió sin quererlo en el poseedor de una entidad maligna muy poderosa por haberse puesto una antigua máscara de madera.

Desde entonces, cada noche, mientras brillaba la luna llena, ese demonio se apoderaba de su frágil cuerpo para descargar toda la furia con lo que estuviera en su camino. Con el temor de causar una tragedia a su familia, toma la difícil decisión de escapar muy lejos la mañana siguiente.

Ahora me parece curioso que usara a la Fira Deidad como antagonista de ése fan-fic. Pero creo que su intimidante apariencia siempre me atrajo.
